• Guests must provide at least 12 hours’ notice of booking to cancel or reschedule a booking. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the session being forfeited without the right to a refund.
• If guests & members are more than 15 minutes late to a booking, The Bathhouse Albion reserves the right to cancel booking or deduct the corresponding amount of time from the booking without any refund.
• Guests may reschedule a bathhouse session if it's more than 12 hours before the start time.
• To cancel and rebook your appointment, simply log into your account online via the booking platform and cancel your existing session, then re-book at the required time, otherwise feel free to email us at hello@thebathhousealbion.com.au.
• We ask that guests & members do not attend any sessions if feeling unwell, have any cold or flu like symptoms, presenting with potentially contagious skin conditions, or have suffered from diarrhoea in
the last 48 hours.
• Guests must be over the age of 18 to attend the bathhouse or 16 with a parent or guardian.
• For the 60-minute bathhouse bookings, you are allowed 60 minutes of bathhouse time, plus 15 minutes change room time in total. If you are not out within 75 minutes, then you will be billed an additional $20 for the cost of a 90-minute session.
